We had guests from Regina Pacis High School on Tuesday, April 14, 2009 at 9.30 AM at learning house. We are very happy because it’s the four times, we had guest from school children. Their intention is to have social work & sharing food to us.
The event started with our introduction. First, we introduce ourselves. After that, the friends of Regina Pacis High School. They are 40 accompanied by a nun, named Sr. Lidia, FMM & their homeschool teacher, Mrs.Erika.
After introduction to be effective, we inform the task of students of Regina Pacis. There are 5 tasks which they should do, such as :
1. Yanking out vegetables.
2. Yanking out weeds.
3. Learning activity.
4. Library activity
6. Slice out weeds into ropes.
Before, the event started, the students change their uniform with clothes & minipants at Ester’s house, so their uniform can’t dirty in outdoor activity. The students went to the field at Susi’s back yard. The students who were yanking out vegetables accompanied by Indri & Jaka, while yanking out weeds accompanied by me. The learning activity was organized by kartini, while library program was accompanied by Desmond and the last activity; sliced out weeds into rope was accompanied again by me. The expression of the students of Regina Pacis High School were so shinny, they were very happy like back to their hometown.
After finished their work, they cleaned their hands & legs & take a rest for a while at Ester’s house. At 11.40 AM, they were sharing the lunch which they prepared before for all of us. We were so hungry, moreover the students of Regina Pacis High School, may be just because they were so tired. Unfortunately, I couldn’t follow the activities until finish cause I had to go to school. Now, my task was finish, the next task is in Yana & Mala who in charge of the second session.
