GO TO DEPOK TOWN SQUARE

On Saturday, April 25, 2009, I & my friends go to Depok Town Square to celebrate Earth Day. We went there by wearing our uniform, black T shirt. Before we went, we were preparing the stationeries & material for colouring & drawing competitions.

At 7 AM, I & my friends went by public transportation no.21. On the journey, I & my friends saw so many car & trucks. It was traffic jam. We were in Pulo Gadung busway station at 8 AM, waiting for Ms.Chichie, Ms.Vero & her friend. After all of us gather together, we went by minibus. It was so far & we had traffic jam until we fell asleep.
We arrived in Depok Town Square at 10.00. I & my friends cross upon the bridge, then we went to the second floor. We registered, after that we were practicing the song ‘Twinke, twinkle Little Star’ with recorder & playing gold star from cardboard by little children. Ms.Chichie registered us the competitions such as : colouring, reading, & drawing.

First competition was colouring & drawing which start from 00.30 PM to 1.30 PM. Reading competition was from 1.30 PM to 2.30 PM. I followed drawing competition. My heart is beating & feel anxious if my drawing is not good. After drawing, I & my friends ate from our lunchbox. After meal, we were seeing around the mall until 3 PM. Then we were back to hear the information of the winner. There’s no winner among us since I know that we were registered as invited guests. Time went near afternoon, we had to come back before the event done & didn’t have time to perform the song.
