Exactly on Sunday, February 1, 2009, at 1 pm, Mala, Indri, Yana, Jessica, Desmon, Ondo, Anton, Ester, Susi, Sr. Vero, Ms. Debby, and Ms. Uju were coming together in the learning house. That day we learned sewing together. Before that, my friends and I were introducing ourself to Sr. Vero as our guest, while we have known Ms. Uju before.
After introducing ourself I cut the white cloth and distributed to all of them. Each person got one piece of the white cloth. After that Ms. Debby told us if any of us bring the sewing neddle and nobody have it. So then we gave each Rp. 500,- to buy neddles and Ms. Debby asked me and Jessica to purchase it in the Pintu Air area.
Coming back from buying the neddles, I distributed to all and we learned on many kind of basic sewing. First, we learned about ordinary sewing and 2 weeks later we will learned the other style on sewing. I was very happy learning on sewing from Sr. Vero, Ms. Debby, and Ms. Uju. I hope I will know all the style on sewing, so that I can repair my own clothes which were torn, to be in a good shape again.
We finished this sewing activity in the afternoon. We will meet again in the next 2 weeks. After cleaning the room, all of us, including Ms. Debby, Ms. Uju and Sr. Vero went home. My friends and I were back home too.
