On Saturday, January 3th, 2009, my friends, families, and I with Ms. Debby, Ms. Chichi and Ms. Uwie, and all of the volunteers went to Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (Indonesia Miniature Park). We rent 2 minibus and we departed at 8.30 am to TMII. In the bus my friends and I took pictures and after arriving we took a rest for a while, waiting for the snacks which were distributed by Mala.
After we had snacks, we went to the bus and going to NTT(East Nusa Tenggara) Pavilion and had our lunch. Then we were divided into some groups by Ms.Qoriah. Each group had assignment. After lunch, we did our assignment in group accompanied by a facilitator. My members' group are Indri, Susi, Nisa, Apri and I.
My group had assignment to make reports and went to the NTT Pavillion directly, and then to the South Sulawesi Pavillion. We were the first on delivering the reports. After every group finished their assignment, we went to DI Yogyakarta Pavillion. While small children had games, we presented our assignment into singing, traditional dance, poem, and drama. Our presentation in group is a part of competition by Ms. Hesty and Ms. Debby. Although my group wasn’t the winner, we were still happy.
On free time, after children games and competition, our families took a rest inside Indonesia miniature lake, while my friends and I went to the Indonesia doll palace. In the area there was a stage for the audiens with the amateur singer. At 4.00 PM, we went out from TMII and arrived at 5.00 PM.
