Evaluation of 2010 Programmes

On Saturday 18th December 2010, my friends, the mentors and I had an evaluation programme for 2010 activities at JRK base. We left Cakung at 8:30 am. We rode in a minibus no 21 that we had booked a few days before.

The journey was short. After a few minutes we arrived at the destination. We rested for a while drinking hot tea and ate lontong (steamed rice rolls) as a breakfast provided by Ms Uju.

We soon started the evaluation. Ms Rikah arrived a bit later and gave each of us a piece of paper. We were discussing in a small groups. Each group was supervised by a mentor. The mentors were Ms Debby, Ms Uju, Ms Uwie, Ms Qori’ah, Ms Ari and Ms Rikah.

We were busy writing the evaluation results of different activities in the format that had been prepared. Afterwards we gave a presentation in the group till lunch time. We had lunch while still continuing the evaluation. After that, we took a break, playing games prepared by Ms Qori’ah.

Before outlining the 2011 Programme, Ms Debby announced the Mentor organization structure for the 2011 Programme. I was appointed as one of the responsible persons of Child Nutrition Development Programme alongside Mala and Ondo. Then we had to establish the detail of our programme.

We had to continue our tasks in Proklamasi Garden because the person in charge to guard the house/base had a class to attend to. It was getting late and we had not finished yet. After a while we finally got them done so we went home.

We went home using the same rented vehicle. The journey was quite a long one and we were knackered when we arrived home.
