Children Learning Review Session. Children Learning Community May 2023 Report

 

Dear friends,

 

We thank our loyal friends for keeping the children learning community run until today. Thank you for all your prayers and kind attention to the children.

 

In commemoration of National Education Day, children celebrated the gift of education environment by studying as usual.

We hope that our effort to educate the children paid off. We hope to develop intelligence and ethical children.

 

On the 4^th of May 2023, right after Eid al-Fitr holidays, the children were happy to meet big sister Angguni and her friends from Sentra Vaksinasi Serviam (SVS).  

 

The children received school bags, toys, toiletries and stationeries and after that they took group pictures.

 

Cakung’s children thank big sisters for your attention and support in their education.

 

We appreciate the tie and hope for continuous relation. May the Lord grant big sisters with health and abundance of blessing. 

 

At the end of May 2023, the children were evaluated. Due to Ied al-Fitr holiday, we decided to move the children’s evaluation from April to May.

 

Below are pictures of children activities, including pictures of the children getting prizes after lesson review and enjoying nutritious meal.

 

We thank the loyal facilitators for their attention and support to the activities of Children Learning Community.

 

Due to the shortage of fund, in May, we revised the budget. Attach are the revision of Annual budget and June 2023 budget. 

 

Cakung’s facility house rent will be due in November 2023. We are struggling to add some fund from any donors and revise our own expenses.

 

We hope for your generosity to keep the children learning active.

 

Moreover, we still have to ask for your support on the scholarship program

 

We are thankful for all dedicated donors who have been helping the children. With your scholarship assistance, children will have a chance to stay in school. 

 

Relentlessly, we keep ask for your participation and unceasing monthly contribution.

 

Your generous kindness and supports have helped us. They boosted our morale and spirit to serve.

1. Monthly school fee and needs will be paid to several scholarships’ recipients. 

 

 

3. Staple Food Cooperative Effort

Regular meeting and providing Cakung’s community with their basic food needs.

 

 

4. Office and administration 

With heavy burden, we have to let you know that we run short on our operational fund. We mostly rely on whatever you have given to us monthly. To cover the budget shortages, we took some loan.

 

As much as we can, we safe some for monthly instalment. At the end of May, the amount due is 23,500,000 IDR.

Looking at this condition, I believe that you realize our desperate need for finance help. Please keep us in your prayer.

 

We thank our loyal friends for keeping the children learning community run this month. We are grateful for your thought, physical present, fund contributions and material support.

 

We are truly grateful to all donors who commit to share this social responsibility. You have given opportunity for these children to be smart and prosper in their own community and country. Together, we have taken part in the nation’s effort for social justice. For that, we kindly ask to keep remember the children and their community on your routine donation throughout the year.

 

We thank our donors for their financial dedication which is valuable for maintaining the operation of Children Learning Community.

 

Even the smallest help has great impact to this future generation.
