Keep up a good spirit in new year. Children Learning Community January 2023 Report

 

Dear friends,

 

 

We thank our loyal friends for keeping the children learning community run until today. Thank you for all your prayers and kind attention to the children.

 

We were grateful to facilitators who have helped the children and with this month’s activities.    

 

We are grateful for our loyal friends’ commitment who have supported us throughout 2022.   

 

Going through 2023, there are several things that we need to improve.

 

Attached is Children Learning Community 2023 Donor Proposal to fulfil 2023 budget.

 

Cakung’s center will face one of big financial challenges this year which is their learning facility home rent. We plea for your financial support to help us support this home rent payment which will be due in November.

 

We urge for your continuous support on the children learning activities.   

 

 

The Children Learning Community are grateful to facilitators who have played a big part in children’s life through many joyful and educational activities.

 

 

 

 

The following are photos of Cakung’s and Ciawi’s learning activity including photos of the children enjoying their nutritious meal. Meals were prepared by facilitators and the community.

 

 

 

The new semester has begun and we would like to ask all or our kind donors to continue fulfilling children’s education needs through scholarship’s donation.

 

We are thankful for all dedicated donors who have been helping the children. With your scholarship assistance, children will have a chance stay in school. 

We hope your financial help will bring the children further to a brighter future.

We ask our loyal friends to keep the children and community monthly’s needs.

 

Your generous kindness and supports have helped us. They boosted our morale and spirit to serve.

 

February 2023 Plan :

 

1. Cakung’s and Ciawi’s learning activity.
1. On 1 February 2023, big sister Patricia, Linda and friends deliver a short seminar about healthy menu at Cakung’s facility.
2. Cakung’s and Ciaiwi’s learning activity will be held on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. 

2. Scholarship
1. Monthly school fee and other school related needs will be paid to several recipients’ schools.

3. Staple Food Cooperative Effort

a. Meeting and Providing necessity food for Cakung’s and Ciaiwi’s community.

b. In the first week of January 2023, all members receive cooperative’s dividend.

Children learning community who also a member of cooperative receive 1,571,950 IDR .

This amount will be add to the 2023 operational fund of Children Learning Community.

We are sincerely thank cooperative organizer and members who give their attention to develop our own cooperative effort.  

 

4. Office and Administration

     Making payment for operational loan. The balance of loan is  11,000,000 IDR.

 

We thank our loyal friends for keeping the children learning community run this month. We are grateful for your thoughtful prayer, physical present, financial and material support.

 

We are truly grateful to all donors who commit to share this social responsibility. You have given opportunity for these children to be smart and prosper in their own community and country. Together, we have taken part in the nation’s effort for social justice. For that, we kindly ask to all donors to keep remember the children and their community in your routine contribution throughout the year.

We thank our donors for their financial dedication which is valuable for maintaining the operation of Children Learning Community.

Even the smallest help has great impact to this future generation.

  

We thank big sister Dita of LDD for donation of 10 kg mungbean, 4 kg of palm sugar and 9 boxes of small size milk carton.

 

We also thank Sister Agustina, BKK for donation of clothing and a big box full of children toys.

 

Cakung’s elderly community also thank big sister Lucia Wenehen for donation of adult diapers which are needed especially for elderly sick patients. 

We thank Mr. David for your kindness in translating this report. 

 

 

We are thankful for your kind faith, dedication and trust in us.

 

We pray for your health and financial blessings. We wish to keep our tie with you.
