Dear friends,
We thank our loyal friends for keeping the children learning community
run until today. Thank you for all your prayers and kind attention to the
children.
At the beginning of July,
children spent their holiday with outdoor trip to Ragunan, visiting Educational
Farm Center and the Zoo.
They were excited to
observe a new thing, outside their Cakung’s class.
We thank facilitators, Mrs Arleta and her family, Mr.
Heru and friends of big brother Asita who assist the children throughout the
outdoor learning experience.
In the middle of July 2024, when the school was about
to start, we got invited by the charity
of orphan and underprivileged to their event.
The team of facilitators with 15 children attended this event at Bung
Karno Sports Stadium’s mosque.
Cakung’s children thank big sister Qoriah and the
organizer of this event for their kind attention.
During long holiday, the number of Cakung’s children
were increased and involved in various activities. We had 28 active children at
that time.
We thank facilitators, Cakung and Ciawi’s
community mothers, the personnel of Cakung’s and Ciawi’s learning centre who
dedicate their time to help us.
Thank you for your faithful dedication to help the children
and their activities.
Attached are pictures of July 2024 Cakung’s and Ciawi’s children’s
learning activities, the outdoor activity, healthy meal program and the
involvement of our children at the charity event for the orphan and underprivileged
children.
We are thankful for all resolute donors who remember the children in
their prayer, financial donations, and goods.
Children also would like to thank Mrs. Arleta and friends of big brother
Asita for their clothing donations and gifts of books and stationery. Children
also grateful for donation of Elementary and Junior High textbooks from big
brother Justin.
We pray for your health
and prosperity. We are grateful for all your attention to the children all this
time and look forward to do many activities ahead.
Attach is the August
2024 Operation’s need. We have a very limited fund at this moment.
To fulfil the operational needs for the rest of 2024, we would like to
ask you to keep remember us in your monthly contribution.
It is our responsibility to give children the
opportunity to be smart, independent and prosper in their own community. In
doing so, we participate in nation’s effort for social justice.
Your kind attention and support are tremendous moral boost to us in
caring for these children.

1. Learning
Activity
a. Cakung’s children will be having their learning on Monday and Thursday; Ciawi’s
will be on Friday.
b. The 2nd Quarter Review will be at the end
of August 2024.
2. Teenagers
and Women Entrepreneurship Activity
a. Preliminary
meeting with seamstress trainers to develop a sewing activity in Cakung
Learning Center.
We are truly grateful to all donors’
