Idul Fitri Day Intan’s story

Idul Fitri, so many people have been waiting for it to come, especially we who have been fasting for a month. Idul Fitri for me is a glorious day. I can enjoy a 2 weeks holiday. In Idul Fitri Day, we shake hands asking for forgiveness and we also forgive others too. Here, in East Cakung, I celebrated Idul Fitri with relatives and friends. There are uncle Yasin, aunty Asnah, aunty Endang, Cynthia, Umi, sister Yana, brother Ipul, brother Jaka, Eneng, Grandma, Grandpa, Daddy, and Mommy, and many other people.

After this Idul Fitri (or, we call it Lebaran as well), I usually visit my village to celebrate Idul Fitri with Grandpa, Grandma, uncle Juna, uncle Ari, uncle Iya, aunty Iin, aunty Ayu, aunty Ninin, aunty Yati, Yani, Utin, Naila and others. After shaking hands and greeting each others, I spent time to exchange stories with Yani. My Grandma missed me so much. I am so glad to see them.

I spent 3 days in the village. Then, it’s time for me to go back to Cakung to do my usual routine activities.
