My house

I live on Basro lane, RT 07 RW 08, Kayu Tinggi, East Cakung, East Jakarta . If you take a public transport KWK 21 from Pulo Gadung, the lane is on the left hand side of the road, right next to LPK Riski Anggraini. Near the entrance of Basro lane, there is a small eatery. To reach my house, you would need to walk approximately 50 steps into the lane and then turn right. You would pass five houses then you reach my house. It is located on the left hand side of the lane.

I live in this rented house together with my dad, mom, my brother and uncle.

The house is quite big and it is cool and fresh inside. There is a window and a big door which always open. There are five rooms in the house. From the entrance, you will see the lounge where we watch television together and it becomes a bedroom for my uncle at night. On the right hand side of the lounge, there are three rooms. The left one is my brother and my bedroom, the middle room is bathroom and laundry, on the right side is my parents’ room. Behind the lounge there is a kitchen. Next to the kitchen, there is a catfish pool.

My favourite room is my room. There is a wardrobe dividing areas between my brother and mine. It is quite cool inside the room as we use fan. I love playing in the room as there are many dolls. I love playing congklak. I sleep on a springbed mattress together with my brother. The fan is located next to the mattress. I love my room as it is cool and clean.
